Sea Moss is high in antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It is most commonly used as a demulcent treatment for ailments such as colds, flu, coughs, cancer, diabetes and intestinal issues. We highly recommend a plant-based diet while taking sea moss to maximize the benefits.

Uses: 1-2 TBSP daily for adults and 1 TSP for children.
